4N-5D Manali Group Trip with Strangers Kullu - Manali - Rohtang - Kasol

Important Information

This is a fixed-departure Stranger Group Trip, and all guests are requested to cooperate with the group and follow the reporting timings and instructions shared by the Trip Captain/Coordinator.

A booking advance of ₹2,000 per person is required to confirm the trip. The remaining package amount must be paid at the time of pickup from Delhi or Chandigarh, before commencement of the journey. All confirmed bookings and payments are 100% non-refundable.

Accommodation will be provided as per the selected Double, Triple, or Quad Sharing category. Vehicle allocation will depend on the final group size; accordingly, the size/capacity of the Tempo Traveller or other vehicle may be changed to ensure comfortable and suitable transportation for the group.

As this is a winter Manali trip, snowfall, roadblocks, traffic congestion, weather conditions, government restrictions, or local operational issues may cause changes, delays, or cancellation of certain sightseeing points. Visits to Rohtang Pass, Atal Tunnel, Sissu, Solang Valley, or other snow points are strictly subject to road conditions and official permissions. Snowfall or snow availability cannot be guaranteed.

During heavy snowfall or unsafe road conditions, vehicles may operate only up to the last safe and permitted point. No refund will be applicable for sightseeing or services affected due to weather, road closure, traffic, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Guests are requested to maintain respectful behaviour throughout the trip. Personal expenses, adventure activities, entry tickets, meals, or any other services not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions will be payable directly by the guest.
